Completion of the in-person Change Journey Immersive, led by Gilmar Wendt. Participants used the Change Journey Map to scope change across its operational, cultural, psychological and political dimensions, applied it to a live challenge from their own organisation, and learned to facilitate collaborative design with their stakeholders.
